If you have a bike policy that was purchased after 16th September 2025 or is due to renew after 16th October 2025, the quickest and easiest way to change your address is through My Account.
We apply a reduced service charge for changes made online.
My Account service charge: Up to £15
Standard service charge: Up to £35
You can change address by following these steps:
1. Login to My Account and click the 'Make a Change' button for the policy that you want to change
2. Select 'Yes' if you would like the change to take effect from today, or choose 'No' and select another date
3 From the drop-down, choose 'Change my details'
4. Select 'Confirm'
5. Update the ‘Contact Information section with details of your new address
6. Check the rest of the information on the page to ensure it's still correct
8. Click 'Get Quote'
