If you need to amend your policy, you may not need to cancel as you can get in touch with us to see if any change would affect your renewal premium.
However if you would like to stop your auto renewal, you can do so by getting in touch with us.
If you have a bike policy that you took out after 16th September 2025 or was renewed after 16th October 2025, you can opt-out of automatic renewal in My Account. Select 'Manage Policy' of the policy you would like to opt-out on, Click the 'Your Account' button at the top right of the page, then 'Your Settings' and 'Renewal Settings'
Important: Opting out of auto-renewal means you'll need to find alternative coverage.
If you choose not to auto-renew, your policy will not renew and you will need to find alternative cover.
