If you need to amend your policy, you may not need to cancel. If you have a bike policy that was purchased after 16th September 2025 or is due to renew after 16th October 2025, you can make most changes to your account online by logging into My Account.
Carole Nash Select customers can use My Account for policies taken out after 16th May 2025 or due to renew after 16th June 2025.
