Existing claims before your renewal invite
If we already knew about the claim before we sent your renewal invitation, then we may have already amended your No Claims Bonus (NCB) entitlement and revised your renewal premium.
Please check the ‘Your Details’ section of the renewal invite and ensure that all of the details are correct.
Claims made after your renewal invite
If we're notified of the claim after we've sent out your renewal invitation, we'll need to send a revised premium to you. To find out more, please contact us
