If you have just bought a new policy with us and have declared that you have more than one year of No Claims Bonus (NCB), you will need to provide us with proof.
Your insurer will allow 14 days from the start of the policy for the No Claims Bonus details to be updated on your policy.
What can we accept as proof of No Claims Bonus?
Your previous insurer will be able to provide a proof of No Claims Bonus document for you once your previous policy has expired.
This proof must clearly state the following:
The name of your previous insurer
The policy number on your previous policy
Number of years' No Claims Bonus
Expiry date of your previous policy
How to send your proof of No Claims Bonus:
You can now upload your proof of No Claims Bonus online through My Account. Log in to your online account, and select 'Manage Policy' on the policy you would like to upload your proof of No Claims Bonus against. If you haven't registered for an online account yet, you can do this here.
