> How do I add, edit or remove a driver on my policy?

If you purchased a Van Insurance policy on or after 4th December 2024, you can now add or edit the driver(s) on your policy 24/7 in My Account

To add a new driver or edit an existing driver on your Van Insurance policy:

1. Log in to My Account and select ‘Manage Policy’ on the policy you would like to amend
2. Under the ‘Drivers’ section, select 'Make a Change'
3. Choose the date you would like the change to be effective from
4. From the dropdown, choose 'Change Additional Drivers'

To add a new driver:

1. Select 'Add additional driver'
2. Complete the new drivers details
3. Select ‘Confirm Driver’s Details’

To edit an existing additional driver(s):

1. Select ‘Amend’ next to the driver you are editing (the fields will be pre-populated with their current details)
2. Edit the relevant details as required
3. Select 'Confirm Driver's Details'

To remove an additional driver(s):

1. Select ‘Remove’ next to the driver you would like to remove from the policy

There may be a change to your premium as a result of doing this. You'll see a quote for any increase or decrease in your premium as a result of your change(s) before you decide to proceed. Accepting the new quote will confirm your changes and your documents will be updated online.
