If you have opted in to automatically renewing your policy and nothing has changed on your renewal, you don't need to contact us to renew your policy.
If you have a Carole Nash Select policy you took out after 13th May 2025 or is due to renew after 13th June 2025, you can check all of your renewal information in My Account at any time.
For Carole Nash Select policies that were taken out before 13th May 2025 or are due to renew before 13th June 2025, your renewal documents should have been sent to via email or post depending on the preference you chose when you took out the policy.
