If you have a Carole Nash Select policy that is due to renew after 13th June 2025, you can renew online in My Account when you are up for renewal by doing the following:

  1. Login to My Account
  2. Select 'Renew policy' on the relevant policy
  3. Take some time to read your documents, and check that nothing has changed
  4. Tick the box in the ‘What happens next?’ section
  5. Select ‘Confirm’ to complete your renewal if you are paying monthly, or ‘Renew Policy Now’ if you are paying annually to go to the payment screen.
  6. Select the card you wish to pay with, or select 'Enter New Card Details' to add a new card.

Once payment has made, you should then see a ‘Thank You’ confirmation message, and you will have completed your renewal for the next policy year.
