If you have a Carole Nash Select policy that was renewed after 13th June 2025, you can check your renewal preference in My Account

1. Login to My Account
2. Select 'Manage Policy’
3. Select ‘View Your Renewal’

The ‘What happens next?’ section will then inform you whether you are on automatic renewal or not and if you need to take any further action to renew your policy.
