> What is my level of cover?

If you have a Carole Nash Select policy that you took out after 13th May 2025 or is due to renew after 13th June 2025, you can check your level of cover at any time in My Account when you are up for renewal by doing the following:

  1. Log in to My Account
  2. Select Manage Policy
  3. Scroll down to the Bike Use page and you will be able to see if you have comprehensive, third party, fire and theft or third party only cover

For Carole Nash Select policies that you took out before 13th May 2025 or is due to renew before 13th June 2025, your documents should have been sent to you via email or post depending on your preference.
