If you have a Carole Nash Select policy that you took out after 13th May 2025 or is due to renew after 13th June 2025, you can check your class of use at any time in My Account  by doing the following:

  1. Log in to My Account
  2. Select Manage Policy
  3. Scroll down to the Policy Details Page which will let you know what your class of use is

For Carole Nash Select policies that you took out before 13th May 2025 or is due to renew before 13th June 2025, your documents should have been sent to you via email or post depending on your preference.
