> How do I log in to My Account?

If you purchased a Carole Nash Select policy after 13th May 2025 or after 13th June 2025, you can log in to My Account

1. Head to the My Account page and select 'Log in to My Account'
2. Enter your email address/username and password
3. Select 'Log In'

If all of your details are correct, you will be taken to your ‘Policy Overview’ page where you can view and manage your policies. If you haven't done so already, you can register.

As with all insurances, terms and conditions apply.
