How do I pay an outstanding balance?

If you have an outstanding balance to pay on your bike policy, you can pay this by getting in touch.

If you have a Carole Nash Select policy that was taken out after 13th May 2025 or was renewed after 13th June 2025, you will be able to make payment in My Account

If you haven't yet registered for an online account, you can do this now. You'll need your Policy Number to hand (this can be found on your confirmation letter or email.)
