What is my class of use?

If you have a bike policy that you took out after 16th September 2025 or is due to renew after 16th October 2025, you can check your class of use at any time in My Account by doing the following:

Log in to My Account
Select Manage Policy
Scroll down to the Policy Details Page which will let you know what your class of use is

Carole Nash Select customers can use My Account for policies taken out after 13th May 2025 or due to renew after 13th June 2025.
