If you have a bike policy that was purchased after 16th September 2025 or is due to renew after 16th October 2025, you can change your registration online 24/7 in My Account.
We apply a reduced service charge for changes made online.
My Account service charge: Up to £15
Standard service charge: Up to £35
To change your registration:
1. Log into My Account
2. Select 'Manage Policy'
3. Scroll to 'Bike' and select the 'Make a Change' button
4. Choose the date you would like to make the change from (which you can do up to 30 days in advance)
5. Select 'Change bike details' from the drop down list and 'Confirm' to proceed
6. Input your new registration number (you should not select 'Find my Bike' if you are only changing your registration number)
7. If you need to make any other changes select 'Make Further Changes' - Select 'Confirm and Get Quote' and you will be taken to the confirmation screen to make payment and/or confirm your changes
